Staging in Occupied Homes

Many of our clients just need a little help with what they have. With these clients we use the furnishings and accessories they have, but "stage" them in a way that is more appealing. That may involve changing some groupings, removing some items to capture a more open feel, or placing pieces in different locations.

	Full Brick 2 Story/Basement In Brookhaven This stunning 6 bedroom was only partiallty furnished after the owners started moving into their new home. Stage It! was able to stage the key areas to demonstrate to potential buyers the purpose and spaciousness of each of those rooms.

	Four Bedroom Ranch in Thornblade We recommended some changes be made to this home prior to staging and assisted the homeowner in making those. We staged all areas over a period of two days. Now they are ready for the market.

	Full Brick Ranch In Providence Springs With Upstairs Bonus Room & Office/Craft Room. The sellers updated this home with re-finishing the white oak hardwood floors, fresh neutral paint on all of the walls, fresh white paint on the moldings and built-ins, plus oil-rubbed bronze faucets, frameless shower in the owners' bath and new lighting. It looks spectacular for that new owner.

	1821 Cochran Place in Midwood This home is an updated classic in Midwood with tons of charm. Two bedrooms plus an office & 2 baths. A new kitchen with granite, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances & tile floor.

	The Enclave at Willowmere We recommended that this homeowner change the carpet to hardwoods in the living areas of the 1st floor, change some of the kitchen lighting, & remove nearly all of the wallpapers & strong colors & paint the walls a neutral beige instead to make the house appeal to a broader group of potential buyers
