We will provide the do it yourselfer with a comprehensive consultation and report with room by room suggestions. We evaluate the property from the front door to the backyard. We determine for you which items need to be addressed before presenting the property to the marketplace. Consultation fees range from $125 to $350

ESTIMATES FOR PROFESSIONAL STAGING WORK

Whether occupied or vacant, the estimate is complimentary. These estimates are based on the number of rooms to be staged, the amount of time necessary to complete the project, including furnishings needed, delivery set-up, and ultimately the de-staging when the property sells.
